| OUR FAMOUS "KETTLE" FISH SOUP |
(for 6 people)
To hot fish stock add:
18 pieces of fresh mussels
6 large Dungeness crab legs
½ pound assorted fish pieces
6 tbsp. tomato paste
¼ tsp. thyme
¼ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. dill
½ tsp. Worcestershire
few drops of Tabasco
1 tsp. salt
Garnish with chopped scallions, parsley and tomato.
Let fish cook in broth for 10 - 15 minutes.
